Higher vocational education plays a special role in the modern vocational education system. The development of higher vocational education exerts impacts on the overall situation of the entire vocational education. It plays a leading role in the modern vocational education with respect to the educational philosophy, training mode of skilled persons, social services, scientific research of vocational education, and cooperative education.
