摘要
校企深度合作要求高职院校和企业全方位地进行合作。即校企双方要在人才培养方案的制定、课程体系的构建、教学内容的选定、实训基地建设、实践教学的组织实施、师资培养等方面进行深入的合作,全面提高人才培养质量;解决好在合作中遇到的诸如教育理念、政策法规、运行机制、效益等方面的问题,不断创新合作模式,拓宽合作领域,建立合作长效机制,促进校企合作规范有序地进行。
School-enterprise in-depth cooperation demand that vocational colleges and enterprises conduct all-round cooperation, especially for enterprises to involve in the process of talent cultivation. Specifically speaking, both vocational colleges and enterprises should pro- mote in-depth cooperation on the design of talent cultivation program, the establishment of courses system, the selection of teaching content, the construction of training base, the or- ganization of practical teaching, and qualified teachers training, to improve quality of talent cultivation comprehensively. However, there are some problems in the cooperation, such as problems in the ideal of education, policies and regulations, the operation mechanism and ef- ficiency. Then it need innovate the model of cooperation constantly, widen the field of cooperation, establish the long-effect mechanism, and promote the cooperation between schools and enterprises orderly.
