摘要
当前高职院校与企业合作办学的水平与层次还相对较低,企业参与校企合作的意愿不高直接影响了职业教育的质量,直接制约了高素质人才的培养。影响企业参与校企合作意愿的主要因素有:高职院校的参与能力,高职学生的品行及能力,行业特征,宏观法律制度等,其中制度的缺失是一个非常重要的影响因素。基于当前制度缺失的约束条件,从计划行为理论视角看,学校在校企合作的过程中应注意从影响校企合作意愿的态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制因素入手,采取相关措施提高企业参与校企合作的积极性。
Nowadays the university-enterprise cooperation is still operated at a rudimentary level,with the intension for the cooperation influencing the vocational education and the training of talents.The intentions are chiefly affected by the following factors： the cooperative capacity of the vocational colleges,students＇ conduct,character and abilities,industrial features,macro-educational policies and related regulations and laws,among which,the absence of institutional setup is the most important factor.From the perspective of planned behavior theory,the university is expected to pay attention to the three main factors affecting the enterprise＇s intention,i.e.attitude,subjective norm and perceived behavioral control and take some measures to mobilize the enthusiasm of the enterprise in the cooperation.
