摘要
分析了磨片齿型设计的一般理论,根据草木纤维的具体特点及纤维分离要求,针对实验室直径300mm的磨机,进行了草木纤维一步分离的磨片设计和制造。试验表明,该磨片能够在实验室条件下满足草木纤维一步分离的要求。
The theories of segment design for refining disc were summarized. Designed a refining disc for separating wood and straw fibers together on the 300mm diameter lab-refiner, according to the characteristics of straw and wood fibers and requirements for defiberation. The experiment proved that the designed disc can meet the need for refining wood and straw together in lab.
