摘要
低强度打浆就是根据比刀缘负荷理论对磨片进行改进,通过增加磨片齿数以利于在短纤浆的打浆过程中减少纤维切断,提高分丝帚化,减少打浆无功功率,达到提升成浆品质同时降低打浆电耗。
According to the theory of specific edge load, lower strong beating is just improving the plate of the refiner. By increasing the number of the bars, we decrease fiber cutting,increase fiber brooming,reduce reactive power, and reach the aim of improving pulp quality and reducing energy consumption.
