摘要
盘磨机是一种极为典型的制浆造纸设备,其打浆性能可以直接影响纸浆纤维的质量。以5°、22°、39°三种不同磨齿倾角的等距直齿盘磨机为例,对这三种盘磨机对相同类型纸浆进行加工时的性能差异进行分析。结果表明:当磨齿倾角为5°、22°时,磨盘机磨盘打浆的性能有一定的积极作用且这种作用几乎没有明显差异,当磨齿倾角为39°时,磨盘机性能提升并不明显;磨盘机的磨齿倾角越小则通常磨盘机对纸浆纤维的切断作用越弱。
Disk mill is a very typical pulping and papermaking equipment,its beating performance can directly affect the quality of pulp fiber.In this paper,the performance difference of equidistance straight tooth disc mill with 3 different grinding angles of 5°,22°and 39°is analyzed.The results show that:when the grinding inclination is 5°,22°,the grinding disk beating performance has a certain positive effect and this effect is almost no obvious difference,when the grinding inclination is 39°,the performance of the grinding disk machine is not obvious;The smaller the grinding Angle of the mill,the weaker the cutting effect of the mill on the pulp fiber.
