摘要
本文主要介绍了涂布白纸板的功能,初步探讨了面浆纤维选择,纤维配比,面浆打浆设备及工艺的要求,以满足涂布白纸板的包装及印刷功能。
This paper introduced the major characteristics of the different fibers and the top layer furnish with good quality & low production cost. At the same time, it also introcucced how to formulate the beating technology and how to choose the beating equipments to meet the white coated paper board quality requirements-surface properties and physical strength index. At last it told whatever we should do to satisfy two important function of paper board package and printability.
