摘要
本文简要介绍了目前研究较多的几种陶瓷驱动器 ,包括多层片式、d31 (d33)双 (单 )晶片式、陶瓷 -金属复合模式、RAINBOW等 ,并对它们各自的优缺点进行了简单的评述。同时介绍了用于制作驱动器的几种主要陶瓷材料。
In recent years,ceramic actuators,such as multilayer,d 31 bimorphs actuators,metal-ceramic composite actuators and RAINBOW actuators etc,were studied in a widespread and deepgoing way.The virtues and defects as well as some other characters of actuators were compared in a brief summary in this paper.In addition,the ceramic materials suitable for large-displacement actuators were introduced.
