摘要
陶瓷驱动器作为高精度定位系统设计的关键器件 ,其滞环特性一直是影响被控系统性能的重要因素 ,因此滞环特性的建模与控制是目前亟待解决的核心技术问题。本文首先介绍了陶瓷启动器的滞环特性及其对高精度定位的不利影响 。
Ceramic actuator is a kind of key apparatus in the fields of high precision position system design.The hysteresis characteristics is an important factor to affect the performance of the controlled system.The modeling and control of hysteresis is thus the key problem to be solved in applications.This paper firstly introduces the hysteresis characteristics of ceramic actuator and disadvantages on high precision position system design.Then,we give a survey on hysteresis modeling and control methods in ceramic actuator applications to nonlinear control system.
