摘要
Wx蛋白即颗粒结合型淀粉合酶,由Wx-A1、Wx-B1和Wx-D1三个亚基组成,其中任意一个亚基的缺失都影响着小麦籽粒中直链淀粉的含量,为了解山西育成小麦品种Wx蛋白缺失类型,用SDS-PAGE和分子标记技术分别在蛋白质和DNA水平上对175份山西育成的小麦品种资源进行了分析,共检测到1份Wx-A1亚基缺失材料临优2018,6份Wx-B1亚基缺失材料——临汾98-1017、晋麦54、晋农76、长6154、太麦703和太麦8003,没有发现缺失Wx-D1亚基、同时缺失两个亚基和三个亚基全缺失的材料。
Wx protein, granule - bound starch synthase, is composed of Wx - A1, Wx - B1 and Wx - Dlsubunits,deficiency of which will make starch content of wheat grains decrease. In order to discover more Wxay protein deficiency mutants, 175 wheat varieties bred in Shanxi were identified at the nucleotide and protein levels using SDS -PAGE and molecular markers. The result indicated that 1 variety, Linyou2018 were the null of Wx -A1 types,6, Linfen98 - 1 O17, Jinmai54, Jinnong76, Chang6154, Taimai703, Taimai8003 were the null of Wx - B 1 types, the null of Wx - D1 and the null of any 2 or 3 subunits were not detected.
