摘要
采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了半边莲、半枝莲、山豆根、苦参和葛根5种抗肝癌中草药中Zn、Cu、Mn、Fe和Mg的含量。结果表明,各元素在所选的中草药中含量丰富。5种中草药中,半枝莲的Zn和Mn含量最高,半边莲的Cu和Fe含量最高,山豆根中Zn/Cu比值最高,而Mg的含量则均很高。该结果可为研究中草药的抗肝癌作用机理提供一定的信息。
The contents of copper,zinc,manganese,iron and magnesium were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry（FAAS） in five kind of anti-liver cancer Chinese herbs such as Chinensis Lobeliae,Scutellariae barbatae,radix sophorae subprostratae,radix sophorae flavescentis and radix puerariae.The results showed that copper,zinc,manganese,iron and magnesium were abundant in all selected herbs.Among the 5 chinese herbs the contents of zinc and manganese in Scutellariae barbatae were highest,the contents of copper and iron in Chinensis Lobeliae were highest,Zn/Cu ratio in radix Sophorae subprostratae was highest,and the content of Mg was higher in all selected herbs. The results can provide the contain information for investigation of effect mechanism of the anti-liver cancer Chinese herbal medicines.
