不同产地半枝莲药材及其混淆品的气相色谱-质谱指纹图谱研究 被引量:8

Study on the Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry Fingerprints of Scutellaria barbata D.Don and Its Adulterants from Different Places

摘要 采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术,结合化学计量学直观推导式演进特征投影法(HELP)和相似度分析(SA),对不同产地半枝莲及其混淆品白花蛇舌草和半边莲挥发性成分的指纹图谱进行了研究。分别从半枝莲、白花蛇舌草以及半边莲中定性定量出52、38、38种化合物。其中半枝莲和白花蛇舌草的共有峰48个,半枝莲与半边莲的共有峰52个。保留时间和每组分峰面积的相对标准偏差分别小于0.2%和6.1%。相似度分析(SA)进一步有效的判别了半枝莲及其它的混淆品。 In this paper,the fingerprints of Scutellaria barbata D.Don and its adulterants from different places were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrrometry(GC-MS) combined with chemometic methods,heuristic evolving latent projection(HELP) and similarity analysis(SA).The results showed that there were 52,38 and 38 components existing in Scutellaria barbata D.Don,Oldenlandia dif fusa and Lobelia chinensis Lour,respectively.There were 48 common peaks between Scutellaria barbata D.Don and Oldenlandia dif fusa,meanwhile 52 common peaks were found between Scutellaria barbata D.Don and Lobelia chinensis Lour.The relative standard deviations(RSDs) of retention time and peak area of each component were less than 0.2% and 6.1%.Similarity analysis(SA) was applied for further distinguishing Scutellaria barbata D.Don and its adulterants.The quality control of traditional Chinese medicine was effectively studied by GC-MS fingerprint combined with chemometic method.
