摘要
目的:分析半枝莲中的挥发性成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取半枝莲全草的挥发性成分,GC-MS结合保留指数进行分析鉴定。结果:采用GC-MS分析,检出80个组分,利用MS结合保留指数定性,鉴定出其中41个成分。结论:该方法分析半枝莲中挥发性成分,准确、快速。
Objective： To analyze the volatile compounds in Scutellariae Barbatae Herba.Method： Volatile components in Scutellariae Barbatae Herba were analyzed and identified by GC-MS combined with Kovats retention index by steam distillation.Result：80components in Scutellariae Barbatae Herba were detected by GC-MS and 41compounds were identified by MS combined with Kovats retention index.Conclusion：GC-MS combined with Kovats retention index by steam distillation is a simple,rapid and accurate way for the analysis of volatile compounds in Scutellariae Barbatae Herba.
