摘要 白介素1家族的细胞因子在许多炎性和传染性疾病的宿主防御和免疫调节中都起着重要的作用。白介素33(interleukin-33,IL-33)是白介素1家族的一个新的细胞因子,它可以作为一种分泌性细胞因子参与Th2细胞免疫应答的调节,并且具有前炎性因子的作用。IL-33在自身免疫性疾病中发挥着重要的作用,对其功能的研究,可能会为探索这些疾病的发病机制、寻找治疗靶点提供新的思路。 Members of the interleukin-1 family of cytokines play key roles in host defense and immune system regulation in inflammatory and infectious diseases.Interleukin-33(IL-33) is a new cytokine of interleukin-1 family,as a secreted cytokine,it can be involved in the regulation of Th2 immune response,and has the role of pro-inflammatory cytokines.IL-33 plays an important role in autoimmune disease.Exploration of the function of IL-33 might shed a light on defining the mechanism of these diseases and finding novel therapeutic targets for the treatment.
