摘要
本文以神经胶质瘤细胞作为抗原,致敏绵羊。用热酚法从致敏后的绵羊淋巴组织中提取神经胶质瘤细胞免疫核糖核酸,用于治疗神经胶质细胞瘤25例,对比观察用药前后病人淋巴细胞转化率及 NK
25 cases of glioma(astrocytoma 22,oligoden-droglioma 3,supratentorial glioma 23.)weretreated by glioma cell immune RNA.and in thesame time 20 patients with glioma treated by sur-gery only.The immune function was improvedobviously in 2 cases(10%),improved in 14 cases(70%),unchanged in 4 cases(20%).There wasa trend that the immune function of the patientsincreased gradually after long term IRNA injection.Half year recurrence rate of tumors in the thera-peutic group was 4.00%,while in the contrastgroup was 16%.One year recurrence rate of tu-mors in the therapeutic group was 21,60%,whilein the contrast group was 40.5%(p<0.05).Somepatients showed dramatic results.After treatingwith IRNA.the immunity of the patient was re-covered and the tumor disappeaced in CT scan.
