摘要
以神经胶质瘤细胞iRNA使25例神经胶质细胞瘤患者免疫功能增强,与对照组37例神经胶质细胞瘤患者相比较,观察其肿瘤复发时间,结果免疫增强组肿瘤复发平均缓解期为9.5±3.0月,而对照组为6.26±3.69月,表明机体免疫功能增强能明显推迟肿瘤复发。
It is very difficult to resect gliocytoma completely, and most patients died of relapse of the tumor. Twenty-five post-operative patients were treated with gliocytoma iRNA. and the imunologic function of these patients was successfully enhanced. The average remission period in the test group was postponed to 9. 5±3. 0 months, while that of patients in the control group was only 6. 26±3. 69 months, showing that iRNA could enhance the immunologic function in gliocytoma patients . and relapse of the tumor could be postponed.
