摘要
外墙外保温作为一种有效的保温形式,其节能效果已经得到了专家的认可。近年来,随着国家对民用建筑节能标准的强制执行,这类新型保温形式虽然在建筑界得到了迅速的推广及应用。但在使用过程中也暴露出一些质量问题,例如,应用外墙外保温的节能建筑中出现了饰面层脱落、空鼓、开裂、耐久性差、保温性能不够、通透性差、室内返霜、结露、发霉等质量问题。本文主要从设计、材料、施工、经济、验收等方面,分析出现质量问题的原因,并提出防治措施,使外墙外保温成为一种真正有效可行的节能措施。

In recent years, With the State Enforcement on Energy conservation standards, the new insulation forms have been spread rapidly and application in the construction industry,but some quality problems are exposed in use.For example, off the surface,hollowing, cracking, poor durability, insulation performance is not enough, poor permeability, indoor back to frost, condensation, mildew and other quality problems appear in the application of external wall insulation.in this paper, it is analyzed of the quality problem appeared in use ,and it is Proposed a truly effective and feasible energy conservation measures.
