摘要
对外墙外保温系统常见的面层裂缝、保温层固定不牢、返霜、结露等质量问题产生的原因进行了分析,并提出相应的防治措施,指出外墙外保温质量控制要从设计、施工、监理单位及节能材料的生产厂家各方面进行综合控制,从而确保工程质量。
The paper analyzes the cause of the common quality problem of the exterior wall external insulation such as the crack on surface, the unstable fixation of the insulating layer, the efflorescence and the condensation, and puts forward the corresponding prevention measures, points out that the quality control of the exterior wall external insulation should be carried out from the aspects of the design, the construction, the supervision units and the manufacturer of the energy saving materials to ensure the engineering quality.
