作为建筑节能工程中重要的一个分项工程,外墙外保温工程在实践中出现了许多质量问题,从非技术因素着手,从市场监管、参建各方行为等方面分析了造成外墙外保温工程质量问题的因素所在。
External insulation project for outer wall is an important sub-item of construction energy conservation project, many quality problems often emerged in the project. Starting from the non-technical factor, the causes of these quality problems were analyzed from the aspects of market supervision, behavior of participator for construction, and so on.
