摘要
以乙酸酐为酰化剂一步合成N 乙酰 L 半胱氨酸的新工艺过程 ,获得最佳反应条件为 :乙酸酐与半胱氨酸的物质的量比为 1 30∶1 2 5,酰化试剂分两次加料完成 ;反应温度分段控制 :1 0~ 1 2、35~ 38、55~ 60℃ ;重结晶试剂为乙醇 ;产物收率为 83 1 % ,产品质量分数为 99 3%。
A new synthetic method for acetylation of cysteine using acetic anhydride as acetylation agent was described and the optimum conditions for the reaction were obtained.Molar ratio of acetic anhydride and cysteine was 130∶125.The acetylation agent was added in twice. The reaction temperature was controlled in 3 stages: 10-12,35-38,55-60 ℃. The recrystallization agent was ethyl alcohol. The yield was 831% and the purity of product is 99.3%.
