摘要
用HPLC检测了N-乙酰-L-半胱氨酸在室温储存的质量情况,发现在储存一年后产品中有N,N-二乙酰-L-胱氨酸和N,S-二乙酰-L-半胱氨酸等相关杂质生成,采用重结晶可将该两种杂质去除。
A HPLC method was used to compare the quality of acetylcysteine manufactured freshly with the product after one-year storage. A minute amount of N,N-diacetyl-L-cystine and W, S-diacetyl-L-cysteine were found in the latter product. These impurities could be removed by recrystallization.
