摘要
基于Ｎ－乙酰半胱氨酸能将Ｆｅ３＋还原成Ｆｅ２＋，而与１，１０－菲咯啉形成稳定的络合物，利用分光光度法测定含量，方便简便、快速。
NAcetylLcysteine (1) injection was determined by spectrophotometric method, based on the ability of 1 to reduce Fe3+ to Fe2+, which forms a highly stable complex [Fe(C12H8N2)3]2+ with 1,10phenanthroline at λ515 nm.
