摘要 针对覆盖件斜楔模具在设计过程中存在的设计周期长、效率低和难以快速响应客户需求的问题,本文提出了一种基于配置的覆盖件斜楔模具变型设计方法。在分析覆盖件斜楔模具典型结构的基础上,以吊装式斜楔模具为例论证了斜楔模具产品配置设计的可行性。给出了基于产品族的斜楔模具产品配置设计的方法,论述了建立配置模板的具体流程。基于配置模板,给出了斜楔模具产品进行变型设计的关键技术。最后结合企业实际应用,以UG为平台,开发了一个基于配置的覆盖件斜楔模具变型设计模块,给出了具体的应用实例。 For the problems of long design cycles,low design efficiency and difficulty to respond to customers'needs quickly in the panel wedge mold design,the paper presents a method of configuration-based panel wedge mold variant design.Taking aerial wedge mold for an example,the feasibility of wedge mold product configuration design is demonstrated based on the analysis of the typical structure of panel wedge mold.The method of wedge mold product configuration design based on product family is presented and the specific procedures to establish the configuration template are discussed.And based on the configuration template,the key technology of wedge mold product variant design is proposed.Finally,combined with practical application of factory,a configuration-based panel wedge mold variant design module is developed in UG software and specific application example is given.
