摘要 针对汽车覆盖件模具设计特点,应用特征参数化设计和特征组优化装配技术进行覆盖件拉延模型面设计,借助板料成形数值模拟方法验证了拉延模型面设计的合理性,最后以拉延模型面三维数学模型为设计依据,进行面向装配、自顶向下的模具结构建模,并实现了覆盖件模具结构的基于实例的设计。 According to the design characteristics of modern automobile panel die, the technologies of feature parametrization design and feature group optimization assembly are used to design the die-ace of panel drawing die. The dieface of drawing die is proved to be qualified by the numerical simulation of sheet metal forming. Finally, based on of the drawing die die-face, eled by the ways of design design, and the case-based structure are realized. the 3D mathematical model the die structure are modfor assembly and top-down design for the panel's die structure are realized.
