摘要
指出产品结构变型的两种基本形式:纵向布局结构变化和横向布局结构变化。提出了支持变型设计的装配模型——“顶层基本骨架”的建模理论和方法。在装配模型层次化的基础上,将“项层基本骨架”作为自顶向下设计过程中信息传递的纽带,并以Pro/E为技术平台,通过具体设计实例,展示了产品变型设计的过程。
Two basic forms of the product structure's variant are proposed: horizontal and vertical layout. Based on the arrangement relations of an assembly model, a new approach for assembly modeling is put forward by taking top basic skeleton as bridge in the top-down design and Pro/E as a technical support, and shows the process of variant design by an example.
