摘要
首先对模板技术、参数化设计技术、自顶向下的装配设计技术进行研究,采用基于"顶层基本骨架"的装配结构定义拉延模板,并应用WAVE技术实现覆盖件模具结构的关联设计,应用参数化设计实现模具结构相关参数的驱动。然后,制定了基于模板的覆盖件拉延模具结构设计流程,并通过UG二次开发,实现了结构的快速设计。最后,通过实例,验证了本方法的有效性。
The structure design of the dies for automobile panels is a "bottleneck" stage in developing a new type of automobile.The template technology,the parameterization technology and the top-down technique for assembly design have been studied in the text. The template for drawing dies has been defined by using the assembly structure based on "top skeleton". The linking design and parameter-driven design of dies structure have been realized by adopting WAVE technique and parameterized design. The design process of template-based dies structure has been established and the quick-design of structure has been implemented by applying UG secondary development. Finally, effectiveness of our method has been verified by some examples.
