摘要
从弥猴桃皮渣中提取果胶,国内外尚未见报道。本文介绍了这方面的研究工作,并对有关实验条件进行了比较和筛选。
This paper introduces,for the first time,the research work of extracting the pectin form the skin of kiwifruit and compares the relevant condition in the experiment.
