摘要
建立了角鲨烯软胶囊中角鲨烯含量的毛细管气相色谱测定方法。该法采用WBI进样口,毛细管色谱柱SGEAC20(PEG20M,30m×0.53mm×1μm),FID检测器进行检测。进样口温度:250℃,载气流速:6mL/min,柱室温度:230℃恒温,检测器温度:250℃,样品用正己烷定容后直接进样测定。方法简单、快速、重现性好,平均回收率大于99%,RSD小于3.O%,线性范围为25mg/L-400mg/L。
A method is established for the determination of Squalene in Squalene Soft Capsules by Capillary GC. The separation was achieved by using WBI injection port, Capillary GC column SGE AC20（30m × 0.53 mm ×μ m）, FID detector. Injecton temperature： 250℃, flow of cartier gas： 6 mL/min , column oven temperature： 230℃, detector temperature： 250℃. the method is accurate, rapid and convenient, the results indicate that the recovery is more than 99%, RSD is less than 3.0% and the working curves of Squalene was in the linear range 25mg/L-400mg/L.
