摘要
建立气相色谱法测定茶籽油中活性成分角鲨烯的含量.结果表明:角鲨烯在10～80μg/mL(r=0.999 6)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回收率为103.16%(n=5),RSD为1.865%(n=5).
The paper constructed a method for determining the content of squalene, an active component in camellia oil, by gas chromatography. The results showed the content of squalene was in a good linear relationship with the peak area in a range of 10 to 80 μg/mL （r=0.999 6）, the recovery rate was 103.16% （n=5）, and RSD was 1.865% （n=5）.
