摘要
本文用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定葡萄酒中的铜、铅 ,并对葡萄酒消解方法进行了研究。本方法简单、快捷 ,具有良好的精密度和准确度 ,相对标准偏差为 0 .37%和 3.3% ,回收率为 99.5 %和 99.1 6 %。
Cu and Pb in grape wine were detected by FAAS,and the method digesting on grape wine was researched.This method is simple,rapid and has good precision and accuracy.The relative standard derivation are 0.37% and 3.3%.The recovery rate are 99.5% and 99.16%.
