摘要
农业科研院所办公室作为综合管理部门,承担着统筹协调、运行保障及决策支撑等重要职责。文章以江苏省农业科学院休闲农业研究所为例,系统剖析农业科研院所实施精细化管理的重要意义、发展历程、实施路径和存在的问题,从培育学习型管理团队、打造智能管理生态系统和构建标准化管理体系等方面提出了有针对性的对策建议,以期为农业科研院所实现治理体系和治理能力现代化提供有益借鉴。
As a comprehensive management department,the office of agricultural scientific research institutions undertakes important responsibilities such as overall coordination,operation support,and decision support.Taking the Institute of Leisure Agriculture,Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,this paper systematically analyzed the important significance,development process,implementation paths,and existing problems of implementing refined management in agricultural scientific research institutions.It put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions from aspects such as cultivating a learning-oriented management team,building an intelligent management ecosystem,and establishing a standardized management system.The aim is to provide a useful reference for agricultural scientific research institutions to realize the modernization of their governance system and governance capacity.
