摘要
目的 :探讨微生物生长曲线在细菌检测中的临床意义。方法 :对 539例患者微生物生长曲线进行回顾性分析、分型。结果 :细菌培养总阳性率为 32 58% ;在增菌后 6~ 2 4h时区内转种 ,分离培养阳性率最高 ( 95 1 % ) ;陡峭型曲线在所有曲线中所占比例最大 ( 78 67% )且细菌分离培养阳性率最高( 95 2 8% ) ,而中间及平缓型生长曲线的存在是细菌分离培养失败的重要原因。结论 :利用微生物生长曲线不仅可连续观察细菌生长分型 ,而且可明显提高细菌的培养阳性率。
Objective To study the clinical value of microbic growth curve in bacteria cultivating.Method Weretrospectively analysed 539 patients'microbic growth curve. Results The total positive ratio of bacteria cultivating is 32.58% and the positive rate reach their peaks(95.1%) after 6~24 hours of cultivating.The steep type of growth curye is main(78.67%) and it's positive ratio is the highest(95.28%),the growth curve of middle and flat type are the main reasons that lead to culturing bacteria failure.Conclusion Using microbic growth curve,we can not only observe the growth curve and types of bacteria cultivating but also improve its positive ratio.
