摘要
目的探讨不同种类微生物在全自动血培养仪中阳性报警时间的临床意义。方法用BA全自动血培养仪检测我院2008年1月-2010年12月共计5516份血标本,观察细菌阳性检出率及报警时间。结果 5516份血标本中BA报警阳性819例,分离出细菌797株,阳性率为14.0%;肠杆菌科、葡萄球菌属、非发酵菌、链球菌属、肠球菌属和真菌各有不同的阳性报警时间,以肠杆菌科的阳性报警时间出现最早,与其他类型微生物比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),链球菌属除外。结论通过全自动血培养仪对微生物生长曲线的不同表达、阳性报警时间,根据微生物相对特有的生长特点,可初步判断微生物的生长和类型,第一时间指导临床医师准确、合理选择抗菌药物。
Objective To research for the positive alarming time of different species of microorganisms on automatic blood cultivator and the significance of the positive alarming time.Methods Totally 5516 blood specimens were cultured by BacT/Alert 3D automatic blood culture system.Results Enterobactericene,Staphylococcus,non-fermenters,Streptococcus enterococci and fungus had different types of growth characteristic.The positive alarming time of Enterobactericene was the shortest,which was obviously different from other species of microorganisms(P〈0.05),except Streptococcus.Conclusion The species of microorganisms can be judged in shorter time by the growth curve,time to show positivity on the cultivator and biochemical features of microorganisms,which can guide the clinicians to select different types of antibiotic reasonably.
