122例慢性心衰患者血尿酸及心功能检查结果分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:研究慢性心力衰竭血清尿酸水平与心功能的关系。方法:以临床确诊122例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,研究不同心功能分级各组间尿酸血清水平差异及各组别治疗前后尿酸血清水平差异;对照122例慢性心力衰竭患者中尿酸正常患者与异常患者的超声心动图心功能指标。结果:三组别治疗前后及同组治疗前后UA血清浓度均有显著差异(P<0.001);122例慢性心力衰竭患者中尿酸正常患者与异常患者的超声心动图心功能指标差异显著(P<0.001)。结论:高尿酸水平与慢性心力衰竭关系密切,监测尿酸水平对心衰程度及预后的评估都有重要的临床价值。 Objective:To explore the correlation between serum uric acid level and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods.A total of 122 cases that were diagnosed as chronic heart failure were enrolled into this study.The uric acid serum levels of patients with different cardiac function grades and levels before and after treatment were observed and analyzed,the heart function indexes re-vealed by echocardiography in patients with normal uric acid serum level and in those with abnormal uric acid serum level were compared.Results:Significant differences in the uric acid serum levels were found among three groups and within the same group before and after treatment~heart function indexes revealed by echocardiography in patients with normal uric acid serum level and in those with abnormal uric acid ser-um level were compared(P^0.001).Heart function indexes revealed by echocardiography in patients with normal uric acid serum level and in those with abnormal uric acid serum level were significant different(P〈0.001).Conclusions:High uric acid levels and chronic heart failure are closely related,monitoring of uric acid levels has important clinical value for the prognosis of heart failure.
