血尿酸与冠心病发病的关系初探(附276例结果分析) 被引量:16

摘要 目的:了解冠心病患者血尿酸(UA)的变化及其相互关系。方法:对276例冠心病患者和170例健康者采血测定血UA、血脂,并分析血UA及冠心病的相关性。结果:冠心病组与对照组UA比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而冠心病组组间UA比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),血脂、血UA两者间无相关性。结论:血UA可能是心血管疾病独立的危险因子及预测因素。 Objective :To explore the level of Blood Uric Acid and the relationship between Blood Uric Acid (UA) and Coronary Heart Disease(CHD). Methods:The level of Blood Uric Acid and Serum Lipids were measured in 276 patients with various CHD and 170 healthy peoples,and study the relationship between them. Results:The level of UA in CHD group was different with that in healthy group( P 〈 0. 05 ) ;there were no difference of UA levels among various CHD patients( P 〉 0. 05 ). There was no correlationship between Serum Lipids and Blood Uric Acid. Conclusion:Blood Uric Acid may be the independent risk factors in CHD.
