慢性心力衰竭患者血尿酸水平检测结果的临床意义分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨慢性心力衰竭患者血尿酸检测水平变化的临床意义。方法随机抽取2007年1月~2008年12月于笔者所在医院住院的慢性心力衰竭患者80例,另随机选取门诊健康体检80例作为对照组,测定两组尿酸、左心室舒张末期内径和左心室射血分数。结果慢性心力衰竭组尿酸水平平均(498.7±112.5)μmol/L,高于体检组的(369.8±67.9)μmol/L(P<0.05),60例慢性心力衰竭组中尿酸超过正常范围者48例。随着心功能恶化尿酸则逐渐升高(P<0.05),尿酸升高比例增加(P<0.05);尿酸升高左心室舒张末期内径增加、左心室射血分数降低(r=0.68,-0.46,P<0.05)。结论监测血清尿酸水平有助于评估心力衰竭患者的预后,可反映患者心力衰竭情况,为临床提供一个有意义的生化指标。
