摘要 目的建立藏药七味螃蟹甲丸(螃蟹甲、诃子、石灰华、甘草、丛菔、檀香和丁香)的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中丁香、檀香进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定诃子中没食子酸和甘草中甘草酸,以HypersilODS2(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)为色谱柱;甲醇-1%冰醋酸(5∶95)为流动相;没食子酸检测波长为273 nm,甘草酸检测波长为250 nm。GC法测定丁香中丁香酚,以PEG-20M(30.0 mm×0.32 mm,0.25μm)为色谱柱;载气为N2,检测温度为240℃,FID检测器。结果没食子酸在0.061μg~0.610μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为98.9%,RSD为2.1%。甘草酸在0.046 4μg~0.232μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为97.7%,RSD为1.5%(n=9)。丁香酚在11.7 ng~234.0 ng范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为98.3%,RSD为1.9%(n=9)。结论该方法专属性强,简便可行,重复性好,能有效控制七味螃蟹甲丸的内在质量。 AIM To establish the quality control methods of Qiwei Pangxiejia Pills(Phlomii Radix,Chebulae Fructus,calciasinti,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizome,Solms-laubachiae Radix,Santali albi Lignum,and Caryophylli Flos) of Tibetan medicine.METHODS Caryophylli Flos and Santali albi Lignum were identify by TLC;The contents of gallic acid in Chebulae Fructus and glycyrrhizic acid in Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizome Licorice were determined by HPLC.The methods were performed on a Hypersil ODS2 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) with methanol-1%Acetic acid(5:95) as the mobile phase.The UV wavelength of gallic acid and glycyrrhizic acid were set at 273 nm and 250 nm,respectively.The content of eugenol in Caryophylli Flos was determined by GC.The method was performed on a PEG-20M column(30.0 mm×0.32 mm,0.25 μm) with nitrogen for the carrier,the temperature was at 240 ℃ and the detector was FID.RESULTS Gallic acid showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.061 μg-0.610 μg(r=0.999 8),the average recovery was 98.9%,RSD was 2.1%(n=9).Glycyrrhizic acid showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.046 4 μg-0.232 μg(r=0.999 9),the average recovery was 97.7%,RSD was 1.5%(n=9).Eugenol showed a good linear relationship within the range of 11.7 ng-234.0 ng(r=0.999 8),the average recovery was 98.3%,RSD was 1.9%(n=9).CONCLUSION The methods are simple,reliable and reproducible,and can be used for the qualitative and quantitative control of Qiwei Pangxiejia Pills.
