摘要
目的 :建立结肠宁栓中没食子酸的含量测定方法。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 ,色谱柱为YWG -C18柱 ,流动相为 0 2 %甲醇的乙腈溶液 -含 0 1%三乙胺、 0 1%磷酸的水溶液 (3∶97) ,检测波长为 2 2 0nm。结果 :没食子酸进样量在 0 0 2～ 0 41μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,r =0 9998,平均回收率为 99 8% ,RSD =1 3 %(n =6 )。结论 :本法简单、快速、专属性强、重现性好 ,能够控制产品的质量。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determination of gallic acid in Jiechangning suppositories.Methods:A YWG-C 18 column was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile containing 0\^2% methanol-water solution containing 0\^1% triethylamine and 0\^1% phosphoric acid(3∶97)and the detection wavelength was 220 nm.Results:The calibration curves were linear between 0\^02～0\^41 μg( r= 0 999 8),the average recovery was 99\^8%, RSD =1\^3%( n=6 ).Conclusion:This method is simple,quick,reroducible and is suitable for the quality control of Jiechangning suppositories.
