摘要
目的:建立一种快速、准确的HPLC-ELSD法测定复方氨酚烷胺胶囊中盐酸金刚烷胺及对乙酰氨基酚的含量的方法。方法:HPLC-ELSD法,色谱柱:Lichrospher100RP-18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:1%醋酸胺(pH=3.8)-甲醇(80∶20);检测温度:104℃;流速:1.0mL/min。结果:盐酸金刚烷胺和对乙酰氨基酚分别在4~10μg、9.6~24μg范围内进样量与峰面积的对数具有良好线性关系(r分别为0.9991,0.9996);盐酸金刚烷胺和对乙酰氨基酚平均回收率分别为:101.4%,101.2%,RSD分别为:1.60%,1.54%(n=9)。结论:本法快速,简便,准确,重现性好。
Objective:To develop a rapid and accurate method for determining the contents of Amantadine Hydrochloride and Paracetamol in Qingke Capsules by HPLC-ELSD. Methods:HPLC-ELSD,the analytical column was Lichrospher 100 RP-18 (5μm) ;The mobile phase was 1% Ammonium Acetate (pH=3.8)-methanol (80 : 20) ; The detector temperature was 104℃ The flow rate was 1.0mL/min. Results:The logarithm of the contents of Amantadine Hydrochloride had good linear relationship with the logarithm of their peak area in the scope of 4μg~10μg(r=0. 9991 ) ,and the logarithm of the contents of Paracetamol had good linear relationship with the logarithm of their peak area in the scope of 9.6μg~24μg(r=0. 9996). The average recoveries were 101.4%, 101.2%. (RSD= 1.60%, 1. 54% )(n= 9). Conclusion:The results showed that the method was rapid ,simple,and has excellent precision.
