摘要
文章首先介绍了核磁共振技术定量分析原理,然后从内标法、外标法、相对含量法三个方面简述了核磁共振技术在化学物质定量分析中的应用现状,并且对核磁共振技术在定量分析上的优势做了分析,最后,对其应用前景做了总结和展望。
The principle of quantitative determination of chemicals with nuclear magnetic resonance technology was introduced in the paper,then its application was described in three aspects including method of internal standard,method of external standard and method of relative content.Then the advantage of the technology and notices in its application were analyzed.Finally,the prospect of this technology was summarized.
