丁酮与硝基苯甲醛反应生成的aldol产物的NMR表征方法及其应用 被引量:1

摘要 通过柱层析分离,分段收集了丁酮与硝基苯甲醛在水相反应的aldol产物,用核磁共振进行了系统表征研究;对产物的NMR谱进行了归属解释,并用NMR法测定了产物中各组份的含量;在此基础上,将该方法推广应用,为该类反应研究提供了分析表征依据和含量测定的通用方法. The aldol products of the reaction of butanone with nitrobenzaldehydes were isolation with column chromatography and description with NMR. The ratios and the syn/anti ratios of the products were also determined by NMR. These NMR description methods can be as a general description method for application in the research the reaction of butanone with nitrobenzaldehydes.
