摘要
此文以改革本科有机实验教学和提高学生能力为切入点,通过核磁共振氢谱(HNMR)在本科有机化学实验教学中应用的实践,提高了大中型仪器在实验教学上的使用率,初步做到了波谱理论与实验的有机结合,培养与提高了学生分析、解决问题的能力。
This paper took reforming undergraduate organic experimental education and improving students' ability as an axis. Through putting HNMR spectrum into practice in the undergraduate basis organic chemical experimental education, this improved the use ratio of large and middle-scale apparatus in the experimental education, achieved the combination of spectral theory and organic experiments initially, which developed and improved the students' ability of analyzing and resolving questions.
