摘要
利用 1HNMR谱的定量功能 ,通过与柱色谱分离所得半乳糖脑苷脂的谱图进行对比 ,找出了糖脂制剂混合物 1HNMR谱图中半乳糖脑苷脂、磷脂、胆固醇这3类化合物的特征峰化学位移 ,通过谱峰拟合的方法获得了特征峰面积 ,从而求出这3类化合物在混合物体系中的摩尔分数 。
By comparing with the spectrum of galactocerebroside purified by chromatographic separation and the chemical shift data of galactocerebroside, phospholipids and cholesterol reported previously, the characteristic peaks of galactocerebroside, phospholipids and cholesterol used for quantitative determination in the 1H NMR spectrum of glycolipids mixture were determined. The integrals of these peaks were used to calculate the molar contents of the corresponding lipid compounds in the glycolipids mixtures. Without the need of any chemical or biological pretreatment, the above methodology proved to be more convenient and of higher precision than the conventional ones.
