利用MoldFlow软件对塑料变形的原因进行分析,可以快速得出导致塑件变形的主要原因,帮助确定相应的解决方案并对其进行可行性试验分析,最终确定可行的解决塑件变形的方案以指导实际生产。
Using MoldFlow software, analyzed of plastic parts deformation, can be rapidly found out the main reason for the deformation. Helps to choose the corresponding solutions and carry on the feasibility test and analysis. Ultimately, we determine the feasible plan to solve the deformation and apply in the actual production.
