摘要
针对(丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯)共聚物(ABS)注塑件在使用中经常出现放射状裂纹,从而造成制件报废的问题。人们在分析原因时往往只考虑成型工艺的影响,而忽视使用环境的影响。通过试验找到了ABS注塑件使用中产生的裂纹是因乙酸、油漆稀料等造成的外应力释放所致,并提出了ABS注塑件设计、制造、装配及使用的正确操作方法,为ABS注塑件的安全使用提供了科学依据。
ABS plastic product in use often appeared radioactive cracks resulting in the product out of use. The factors of molding technics was often considered, but the factors of operating environment was often overlooked. By experimen, it was found that crack of ABS resin product was resulted from acetic acid and paint diluent. The correct operation methods in the designing, making, assembling and using of ABS resin product were proposed, the scientific reference was provided for the application of ABS resin product in safety.
