摘要
基于Hele -Shaw流动数学模型 ,给出了构造 3D注塑件CAD模型并向CAE模型转换的方法和技术 ,通过对注塑件进行有限元网格的剖分以及注塑成型过程的数值模拟 ,得到了减少塑件充模流动型缺陷。
Based on the Hele-Shaw type of flow model,methods and technology of transforming CAD model of geometry molding of 3D injection part into CAE model are given.With the help of finite element mesh and numerical simulation of injection molding for the part,the technology and method,improving product design and effect of melt filling flow on mould as well as reducing faults of the part,have been obtained.
