摘要
临床实习是医学教育中的重要环节,实习倦怠现象在临床实习中普遍存在。文章从医学生临床实习倦怠的成因出发,提出了加强岗前教育,夯实基本功底,着力师资培训,培养合格带教,实行多元评价,加强自我调适五大对策。
Clinical practice is an important part in medicine education while burnout generally exists in the proces of clinical practice. Based on the analysis of the reason of medical students＇ burnout, this article puts forward the following countermeasures to strengthen pre-service education, to strengthen students＇ basic skills, to strengthen teachers＇ training, to execute multivariate evaluation and strengthen self-adjustment.
