PBL教学方式在呼吸内科教学中的应用研究 被引量:11

Application of Problem-based Learning in Pulmonary Medicine in Clinical Teaching

摘要 目的探讨以问题为基础的教学方式在呼吸内科临床教学中的价值。方法选取浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院、浙江省人民医院和杭州市第一人民医院2017年1月—2018年5月在呼吸内科实习的40名本科生作为研究对象,将其分为实验组和对照组,每组各20名学生。给予对照组学生常规教学模式,而实验组学生给予以问题为基础的教学模式,对比:(1)两组学生考试成绩差异。(2)两组学生对课堂气氛满意度的差异。结果 (1)两组学生教学后考试成绩结果比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(2)两组学生对课堂气氛满意度对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论相比传统的教学方法,采取以问题为基础的教学模式,在呼吸内科临床教学中可有效提升学生的积极性和主动性,活跃了课堂气氛,并获得了更好的教学效果。 Objective To study the value of the teaching mode of problem based learning in pulmonary disease clinical teaching. Methods 40 interns of pulmonary disease were selected in Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine, the People’s Hospital of Zhejiang Province and the First People’s Hospital of Hangzhou from January 2017 to May 2018. They were divided into experimental group and control group of 20 students each. Students of control group were given conventional teaching mode, while the experimental group problem based teaching mode were given. Results (1) there was a statistically signifcant diference between the two groups in the results of post teaching examination (P 〈 0.05). (2) there was a statistically signifcant difference in satisfaction of classroom atmosphere between the two groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion PBL can not only improve the enthusiasm of medical students to learn pulmonary disease, but also have a solid grasp of clinical knowledge and active classroom atmosphere.
