临床实习生的工作倦怠状况及对策 被引量:12

摘要 临床实习阶段是一个医学生所要经历的至关重要阶段,实习生要从一个只具备理论知识的医学生转变成初步具有临床经验和处理能力的准医师,其角色扮演如何直接关系到医学生的实践医学基础,决定了高等医学院校毕业生的质量。研究临床实习生的工作倦怠状况及对策,不仅能帮助其了解自身的工作倦怠状况,并能及时主动地进行调适或寻求帮助,而且还为临床实习生的管理者有的放矢采取工作倦怠的预防与干预措施提供科学有效的理论依据。
