摘要
用100%附-麦合剂0.5ml给小鼠灌胃,能增强其对低压与常压缺氧的耐力,并能减少其在5、10、15、20及25分时的耗氧量。静注2.5ml,能抑制急性缺氧家兔动脉血氧分压的下降和肺动脉压的上升。该药毒副作用甚小。
10% Fu-mai mixture has been used in anoxia mice per os 0.5ml one time. The experimental results indicate that the tolerance to anoxia under low or normal pressures is increased and the oxygen consumption at 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th and 25th minute is reduced. Moreover, the decrease of PaO_2 and increase of pulmonic pressure in acute anoxia rabbits can be inhibited by transfusing 2.5ml of the mixture. The virulence is very slight.
